Ein häufig festgelegtes Ziel ist das Erreichen gewünschter Impfquoten. Dies ist insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Impfstoffen relevant, die auf weit verbreitete Krankheiten wie Influenza abzielen. Wenn beispielsweise von einer Zielbevölkerung von 100 Personen 65 die Influenza-Impfung erhalten haben, beträgt die Impfquote 65%. Diese Impfquotenziele dienen als Maßstab, um die Wirksamkeit von Impfprogrammen zu beurteilen und einen angemessenen Schutz der Bevölkerung vor Infektionskrankheiten zu gewährleisten.
